Weiße Seite und Verbindung zur API von JTL-Extension Store konnte nicht hergestellt werden

Hallo zusammen,

Vor etwa einem Monat haben wir erfolgreich den Shop eines Kunden von Version 5.2.2 auf 5.2.3 aktualisiert. In den letzten sieben Tagen sind jedoch einige Probleme aufgetreten:

1. Bestellbestätigungen werden nicht mehr empfangen.
2. Im Shop-Backend werden Bestellungen doppelt angezeigt.
3. Wenn wir die Plugins deaktivieren oder den gesamten Cache leeren, landen wir auf einer leeren Seite.
4. In der Sektion "Meine Käufe" wird folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt: "Verbindung zur API von JTL-Extension Store konnte nicht hergestellt werden. SplFileInfo::isLink(): Die open_basedir-Restriktion ist aktiv. Die Datei (/var/www/vhosts/domain.de/httpdocs/templates_c/filecache/lic/mapper_lic_collection) liegt nicht im erlaubten Pfad: (/var/www/vhosts/domain.de/:/tmp/)."

zu 4. wir haben schon versucht, das Konto im Kundencenter neu zu verbinden, aber das hat leider nichts geändert.

Vermute bei der Übertragung wurden nicht alle Dateien korrekt übertragen.

Ist eher unwahrscheinlich, da es bei der Version davor auch keine Probleme gab.

Ist eher unwahrscheinlich, da es bei der Version davor auch keine Probleme gab.

Wie meinst du das ? Die Version davor war die Version davor, wenn nicht alle Dateien (der neuen Version) korrekt übertragen/überschrieben wurden, liegen da noch Reste von der alten Version gemischt mit Dateien aus der neuen Version.

Wurden die Dateien im Binär-Modus per FTP übertragen? Die Fehler sind ja so umfangreich, dass da einiges im Argen erscheint.

Ne, habe die Shop Datei auf meine PC heruntergeladen und per rsync auf dem Server hochgeladen.
