Gelöst Regarding JTL workflows and customer sync

Hello everyone,

I have synchronized the registered customer details in JTL WAWI but I couldn't see the customer details in the JTL WAWI customer tab.
But the shop database table ("tkunde") and the column "cAbgeholt" value updated as "Y".

My questions are:

- When the customer details are displayed in the customer tab after completing the order process or during the customer details synchronization.

- I have created workflows for getting customer details but the workflows not working for me. Can you please explain to me how to get the customer details via workflows?

Hello Developer,

if you place an order and create a shop account, the Wawi will create an customer account after synchronization.
If you only create a shop account, you have to activate the customer in your Wawi > Onlineshop > Neukunden.
