Neu Shopware 6 Connector Probleme beim Abgleich der Bestellungen mit Klarna

Hallo,

wir nutzen seit einigen Tagen JTL WAWI in Verbindung mit einem Shopware 6 Shop und erhalten beim Abgleich einige Errors.
Die Statis in Shopware 6 werden leider nicht mehr aktualisiert, was sicherlich mit dem Error zusammenhängt. Das Problem scheint Klarna Bestellungen zu betreffen, was zum kompletten Abbruch des Abgleichs der Bestellungen führt.


Sind wir mit dem Problem alleine oder sind Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit Shopware 6 Klarna bekannt?

Wie erkenne ich welche Bestellung den Error auslöst? Ich kann anhanf den IDs die Bestellung in WAWI leider nciht finden..
Sind um jeden Lösungshinweis dankbar 🙏

Wir haben ab und an immer noch das Problem. Gibt es hier bereits eine Lösung. Unser Workaround ist, ein manueller Abgleich mit deaktivieren Klarna Plugin?

Laut JTL, Shopware und Klarna Devs ist laut meinem aktuellen Stand der einzige Workaround hier das Klarna Plugin über phpMyAdmin Tabelle „plugin“ auf 0 statt 1 zu setzen (zu deaktivieren) und dann den Connector einmal durchlaufen zu lassen. Dadurch kann das Klarna Plugin im deaktivierten Zustand die Adressänderung nicht abwehren und der Connector pusht alles durch die Pipeline. Dann schaltet man das Plugin wieder auf 1 und der Connector läuft perfekt weiter.
