Neu Shop-Abgleich funktioniert nicht -> Invalid Request

Guten Tag zusammen,

nachdem ich nun alles mögliche versucht habe, inklusive Neuinstallation von JTL und dem Connector, bin ich echt ratlos.

Ich habe etwa 11.000 Artikel in der Wawi geupdated und versuche nun, diese in den Shop zu übertragen.
Leider scheitert es schon an der Übertragung der Merkmale - zu den Artikeln komme ich erst gar nicht.

Ich habe ein Log-File mit einer Größe von 865MB, er scheint also alles Mögliche zu übertragen, und die Synchronisation endet mit folgendem Fehler:

TL-Wawi: End sync
Exception: Invalid Request
Invalid Request

Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.

Ich muss das Thema nochmal pushen.

Leider können wir aktuell durch diesen Umstand noch immer keine Artikel aktualisieren, neu einlisten oder Preise korrigieren.
Kann sich hier mal jemand von JTL zu äußern?

Leider kann ich mit der Fehlermeldung "Invalid Request" so gar nichts zum debuggen anfangen. Auch die weiteren Logs geben mir keine genauen Anhaltspunkte dazu, wo es hängt.

Welche Versionen setzt ihr ein? ( Wawi, Shop, Connector, PHP)

Infos sind gar kein Problem.
Wir setzen folgende Versionen ein:

JTL Wawi 1.3.16.1
Shopware 5.4.3
Connector 2.1.10
PHP 7.0.29

Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich die Updates der Wawi und des Connectors durchgeführt habe in der Hoffnung, dass sich das bessert...
Die Probleme bestanden mit den vorherigen Versionen bereits, auch ein Shopware Update von 5.3.7 brachte leider keine Besserung.

Bitte probier mal die Merkmale aus Shopware herauszulöschen und diese dann erneut hochzuladen.

Ist das wirklich die einzige Möglichkeit? Wir haben in der Warenwirtschaft über 150.000 Artikel mit teilweise bis zu 20 Merkmalen. Wenn ich diese alle lösche, muss ich alle Listen, die wir jemals angefertigt haben, neu per Ameise importieren. Das dauert Tage, daher ist das wirklich die allerletzte Lösung.

Aber wenn ihr sonst auch keine Idee habt, werde ich wohl nicht drum herum kommen...

Die Merkmale sollen nicht aus der JTL-Wawi gelöscht werden, sondern aus dem Shopwareshop. Es müssen also keine Merkmale neu per Ameise importiert werden.

Dies sind immer nur die letzten 10 Zeilen der Logs, bei Bedarf kann ich auch gerne die kompletten Logs bereitstellen.

Auffällig ist auch, dass die Connector-Abgleich-Debug Logdatei bei jedem Abgleich exakt die gleiche Größe hat.. Diese hat immer 865MB.

Ich habe vor dem Abgleich die kompletten Shopware filter Tabellen geleert.

kannst Du auch mal eine Connector. log Datei hier posten? Aktiviere diese im Bereich Debug in der Wawi bitte und lass erneut laufen bis er abbricht.

leider kann ich die Option des Tickets nicht sehen... Ich nutze ja "nur" die kostenlosen Dienste von JTL.
Gibt es da irgendeine Möglichkeit, dass ihr euch das trotzdem anschauen könnt?

Es scheint als wenn deine Pakete nicht richtig ankommen. Vielleicht stellst du mal in die Paketgröße in den Connector Einstellungen in der Wawi geringer.
Alternativ mal schauen, ob dein post_max_size und upload_max_filesize auf einem normalen Wert liegen. Vielleicht hast du auch Suhosin installiert?

Immer noch keine Lösung leider...
Suhosin ist nicht installiert - die post_max_size und upload_max_filesize stehen beide auf 1024M.

Ich habe jetzt in meiner Verzweiflung einen nackten Shopware- Shop auf einem komplett anderen Webserver bei einem anderen Hoster installiert.
JTL Connector installiert -> gleiches Ergebnis. Selbst wenn der Shop leer ist und noch nie mit Artikeln etc.. bestückt war, werden die Daten nicht übertragen.

Im Developer Logging des Connectors kann ich nun aber erkennen, dass er scheinbar immer versucht, die gleichen Merkmale zu übertragen. Die Ausgabe ist jedes Mal die gleiche, bis er dann irgendwann abbricht.
Ich bekomme immer hunderte Zeilen in der Datei rpc. log ausgegeben, dann steht die Ausgabe für etwa 3 Minuten, dann zeigt er mir die Session ID an und dann listet er die selben hunderte Zeilen Merkmale erneut auf.
Letztes Merkmal ist immer das Folgende:

Um dann erneut die gleichen Merkmale zu übertragen.
Leider scheint die Einstellung der Pakete in den Connector-Einstellungen absolut keinen Einfluss zu haben, ich sehe in den Übertragungslogs immer "Limit: 50".

Mir gehen die Ideen aus, wenn selbst ein nackter Shop auf einem anderen Hoster keine Lösung bringt.
