Verwiesen an Support Bei wem ist das Shipping (Erstellen von Versandscheinen auch manchmal sehr langsam bis hin zu abbrüchen?)

Es kommt leider öfters vor das dass erstellen von Versandscheinen sehr Langsam ist, bei wem ist dieses auch so?

Hallo, werde ich machen, Problem es beginnt immer zu den Abendstunden ab 17 bzw 18 uhr und Zieht sich dann bis 21-22 Uhr ansonsten läuft es weitesgehend. Ich glaube nicht das noch einer bei JTL dann arbeitet. Es sind also eigentlich nicht die stoßzeiten wo alle arbeiten. Die fehlermeldung kommt seltener, aber es dauert Teilweise 10-30 Sekunden bis ein versandschein erstellt wird sowohl im Büro als auch zu hause an der Internetverbindung kann es also nicht liegen.
