Der Abgleich funktioniert aktuell nicht. Ich bin nicht ganz sicher wieso, anscheinend gibts Probleme mit einem bestimmten Produkt?

Wir haben das Problem ebenfalls seit vorgestern, dass der Abgleich nicht mehr richtig funkioniert. Zuerst haben sich keine Bilder mehr hochgeladen, dann garkeine neu angelegten Produkte und nun funktioniert ein Komplettabgleich auch nicht mehr, sobald der Connector zu den Variationen kommt bekommen wir ebenfalls die oben genannten Fehlermeldungen.
Er überträgt ca. 50-60 Artikel im Normalstand ohne Variationen und ab dann kommt die Fehlermedlung:

Beim automatischen Abgleich sieht man den Fehler auch nicht, obwohl er auftritt und nicht sauber synchronisiert wird. Aber wenn man einen manuellen Abgleich macht tritt der Fehler jedesmal auf.

hier wurde der Artikel mit dem internen Schlüssel 24236 im Backend des Shops gelöscht. Bitte diesen Artiekl testweise in der JTL-Wawi für den Shop deaktivieren.

Um einen Artikel anhand des internen Schlüssels zu finden, können Sie die Filteroption innerhalb der JTL-Wawi nutzen. Diese finden Sie in der Artikelübersicht oben rechts.
Klicken Sie auf das Zahnrad -> Anlegen... Vergeben Sie einen Filternamen, setzen Sie den Haken bei Filter aktiv und klicken auf das grüne Plus-Symbol. Wählen Sie als Kriterium Interner Schlüssel aus und als Wert die entsprechende ID.
Jetzt muss der neu angelegte Filter nur noch über das Dropdown neben dem Zahnrad ausgewählt werden.

Haben wie oben beschrieben, den jeweiligen Artikel dann deaktiviert.
Dann bringt er uns den nächsten Artikel, welcher nicht funktioniert usw. usw.

Gibt es mittlerweile eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

Bei mir ist genau der selber Fehler und das schon seid 2 Wochen. Er hat auch mal etwas über 20 Stunden den abgleich gemacht und dann wurde mit diesem Fehler Code abgebrochen. Auf eine Support Anfrage von JTL wurde mir geschrieben es würde an Shopify liegen. Auf diese Antwort warte ich immer noch. Es werden alle Artikel geladen aber nicht vollständig. Mal fehlen Bilder und Mal Beschreibungen. Wäre supper wenn ihr eine Idee hättet was ich da machen könnte.

Wenn du die Variation im Shop löschst, dann sollte der Abgleich wieder laufen. Wenn du wissen willst um welche Variation es sich handelt, dann schreibe mir eine PM.

Nein, alle Artikel und Varianten wurden direkt in Shopify erstellt und in die WAWI übertragen.

Ich habe gerade gesehen dass die WAWI die Artikelnummern nur bei den Variationskombinationen hinterlegt hat und nicht bei den Variationen. Kann es damit zusammenhängen?
