Neu Ebenfalls Fehler beim erstmaligen Komplettabgleich - benötige zeitnahe Hilfe

Hallo liebe Community, Hallo JTL,

meine Testphase, mit Bezug auf den Shopify-Connector, ist fast zu Ende und ich konnte diesen noch überhaupt nicht nutzen


Ich wollte soeben in meinen Shopify-Shop die Artikel transferieren, doch der Connector bricht den Abgleich ab.

Folgende Fehler werden ausgegeben:

Exception: Controller = Category | Action = push | JTL-Wawi PK = 9 | Parent JTL-Wawi PK = 18 | Name = PUPPEN | It seems to be something wrong with the categories assignment. Please synchronize all categories with the shop (Komplettabgleich)

Kategorien-Senden-Fehler: Bitte beachten Sie, dass zur Fehler-Diagnose ebenfalls die Log-Datei des Servers und das Abgleich-Log der JTL-Wawi notwendig sind!

die Kategorien habe ich manuell in der Wawi erstellt und nochmals separat im Shopify-Store. Liegt hier vielleicht das Problem?
Soll ich die manuell erstellten Kategorien in Shopify löschen, da die Wawi die, in der Wawi erstellten, hochlädt und er nun merkt, dass diese ja schon existieren?
Oder ist es doch etwas ganz anderes?
Ich bin dankbar für eure Hilfe/Antworten!

Allerdings habe ich fast das gleiche Problem, bei mir läuft es kurz und bricht dann ab. Da hier komischerweise anscheinend niemand geholfen hat, frage ich Dich, wie hast du das Problem gelöst? Habe Fehler mit dem Kategorieabgleich. Lg Gerry

Gibt es hierzu eine Lösung?

Mein Workaround ist aktuell, die entsprechende Kategorie zu deaktivieren und beim nächsten Fehler das gleiche usw...
