wie sehen die dazugehörigen Logs aus? Sowohl Onlineshop-Abgleich- Log aus JTL-Wawi als auch die Connector Logs können hilfreiche Informationen über das Problem beinhalten.

Die Logs sind als copy 'n' paste in meiner Nachricht. Oder gibt es noch andere relevante Logs außer des Connectors und der Wawi?

wir haben aktuell das gleiche Problem mit dem WooCommerce- Connector.
Aktuell können wir nicht nachvollziehen wie das Problem entstanden ist.

Sollen wir ein Ticket aufmachen?

Ich habe sowas wie die Rolle der technischen Koordination.

Bitte lasst mir die zum Fehler passenden Logs per PM zukommen. Dann schauen wir uns das genauer an. Sowohl Onlineshop-Abgleich- Log aus JTL-Wawi als auch die Connector Logs können wichtige Informationen zu dem Problem beinhalten.

In folgender Reihenfolge solltet ihr dabei vorgehen:

1. Im Connector das Developer Logging aktivieren.
2. In den Connector Einstellungen in JTL-Wawi unter Übertragungsparameter die Paketgröße pro Upload Paket auf 1 stellen.
3. Abgleichen bis der Fehler auftritt.
4. Mir die Logs (Onlineshop-Abgleich Log und Connnector Logs) zukommen lassen.
