Weiterleitung Kaufabwicklung zu PayPal

Hallo,
entweder übersehe ich irgendwas oder stehe total auf dem Schlauch.
Habe überall die Emailadresse eingetragen , wo es nur geht aber die Weiterleitung
von der Kaufabwicklung zu PayPal funzt einfach nicht.

Folgende Fehlermeldung bekommt der Kunde.

\"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email
address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this
payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the \"Ask Seller a Question\"
link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made
at www.paypal.com.\"


Was mache ich verkehrt ???

Wieso welcher Shop ?
das hat mit dem Shop wohl nichts zutun.
Es geht um die Ebay Kaufabwicklung.

Weil die paypal Adresse im Shop hinterlegt sein muß ?

Und wenn dem nicht so ist hat das sehr wohl mit dem Shop zu tun.
Insbesondere wenn in der Fehlermeldung der Hinweis kommt das was mit der Emailadresse was nicht stimmt.

Eventuell hat er ja trotz aller "eingetragenen Emailadressen" genau eine übersehen.

Die Weiterleitung vom Shop ( Gambio) zu PayPal funktioniert tadellos.
Bei der Ebay Kaufabwicklung ist auch alles OK.
Nur wenn jemand die eA Kaufabwicklung nutzt, kommt diese Fehlermeldung.
