ich habe den Redis Cache aktiviert. Wie kann man evtl. prüfen ob er richtig funktioniert.

Ja, alles gut.
Ein Blick auf den "Statistik"-Tab im Backend reicht ansonsten auch - dort wird z.B. die Gesamtanzahl an Cache-Einträgen ausgegeben.
