Gelöst Onlineshop-Abgleich empfängt keine Daten!?

Hallo liebe JTL Community,

ich habe leider schon das nächste Problem meinen Onlineshop zu integrieren. Beim Versuch bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung (Siehe Anhang)!

Hat jemand einen Tipp?

Guten Morgen Tonycross,

das kann man so nicht genau sagen. Wenn der Connector-Check alle Anforderungen als erfüllt ausgibt wäre der nächste Schritt die Logs zu checken, welche der Connector in den logs Ordner im Plugin selbst schreibt.

Hallo Sven,

ich habe bereits den Connector gelöscht und wieder installiert leider ohne Erfolg! Ich habe meinen zweiten Shop getestet er hat erst alle Daten empfangen und mir diese Fehlermeldung angezeigt? Was meinst du mit Logs? Ich bin leider neu auf dem Gebiet und habe nicht viel Fachwissen! Hast du mir einen Lösungsvorschlag? Ich würde gerne JTL Wawi für meine Firma verwenden aber dafür sollte auch alles funktionieren gerade wenn ich für 1 Jahr ein Multishop PlugIn für 300€ bezahlen soll!

Hallo,

im Verzeichnis wp-content/plugins/jtlconnector/logs werden die Log Dateien geschrieben. Diese bräuchten wir um eine genau Fehleruntersuchung machen zu können.
