Neu Keine Bestands-Synchronisation und keine Bestellabholung

[Nanometer]

Hallo,

aktuell synchronisiert der Worker keine Bestände mehr, und es werden auch keine Bestellungen abgeholt.


Das ist ein kritischer Fehler, der unseren Betrieb massiv beeinträchtigt.
Im Anhang befindet sich das aktuelle Log zur Analyse.


Ich komme an dieser Stelle nicht weiter und wäre dankbar für jede Unterstützung aus der Runde.

Es werden auch keine Bestände hochgeladen. Also verkaufte Produkte im physikalischen Laden, sind online weiterhin verfügbar.

Meine Anbindung zu Shopify ist quasi wie weg... es werden keine Bestellungen mehr abgeholt, Bestände aktualisiert oder Angebote übertragen.

Gleiches Problem bei mir.
Meine Anbindung zu Shopify ist quasi wie weg... es werden keine Bestellungen mehr abgeholt, Bestände aktualisiert oder Angebote übertragen.

Nach langem Zögern, habe ich eine Upgrade auf eine Supportfähige Edition gemacht und mir wurde sehr schnell und kompetent von einem Support Mitarbeiter geholfen. Es war mir jeden Cent wert.
