Eigene Designvorlage erstellt – Angebot lässt sich bei ebay nicht einstellen

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine eigene Designvorlage erstellt und die html, css und zip Datei bei eA hochgeladen.
Unter der Vorschau bei den Artikeln sieht alles korrekt aus in JTL, leider bleiben die einzustellenden Angebote
mit dieser Vorlage rotmarkiert im Reiter ”Einzustellende Angebote” und werden nicht an ebay übermittelt.

Weiß jemand woran das liegen kann? Ich brauche dringend Hilfe da ich leider alle Angebote mit der alten Vorlage
gestoppt habe und die mit der neuen Vorlage einstellen wollte. Jetzt ist der Shop leer...

Ich habe den Fehler nun gefunden:

ErrorCode: 353
Beschreibung: Ihr Angebot darf kein JavaScript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", IFRAME, META, oder Includes), Cookies oder base href enthalten.

Was kann ich da tun? Muss ich hier was aus dem Html-Quelltext löschen oder ersetzen?

Hallo domaxa,

vielen Dank, das probiere ich nachher mal aus. Das kann ich da aber einfach rauslöschen ohne das dann in der Html was fehlt
und es Darstellungsproblemen kommt?

Zu den Bildern: Der Pfad bezieht sich auf den gezippten Bildordner der bei eA mit hochgeladen wird, das funktioniert dann auch.
In JTL wird alles korrekt angezeigt.

nun die genannten javascripte werden wohl irgend eine (designtechnische) Funktion erfüllen.

Nimmst du sie raus (was du halt muss, weil ebay kein javascript aus Sicherheitsgründen zulässt), dann fehlt dir diese Funktion natürlich.
Inwieweit sich das dann wiederum generell auf die Darstellung auswirkt, können wir nicht sagen, da wir nicht wissen, was die scripte denn überhaupt machen sollen.

Wenn du es geschickt (mithilfe des JS) anstellst musst du das java nicht rausnehmen. Es kommt hier nur auf die Art des Aufrufs an, da muss man etwas tricksen, direkte aufrufe wie die von dir verwendeten funktionieren nicht.
Wenn man sich bei den größeren Anbeitern (supreme, sellerfox, etc) oder diversen agenturanbietern umsieht strotzen die templates nur so vor js.

Und zweitens bezieht man sich in EA-Templates eben gerade nicht auf online-Pfade da die Daten auf dem EA-Server bereit gestellt werden und dort die Verzeichnisstruktur erhalten bleibt, die man auch lokal hat.
Relative Pfade funktionieren also bestens.

Um das Java bzw eben "aktive Inhalte" generell zu nutzen solltest du aber einen der folgenden Punkte erfüllen
- powerseller sein
- verifizierter Paypalaccount
- 500 Tage bei Ebay angemeldet sein und 500 Bewertungen haben

ich pers. fahre einwandfrei mit dem verifizierten Paypalaccount, es kommt aber in sehr seltenen Fällen durchaus auch mal vor das anscheinend der Berechtigungsstatus "verifizierte Paypalaccount" nicht an deinen Ebayaccount übergeben wird. Hier hilft dann nur der Ebay Technik-Support (unbedingt der, nicht der Kundensupport). Ist mir bislang aber erst zweimal untergekommen.

HTML-Eventhandler (onload) werden von Ebay phasenweise auch in die sparte "aktive Inhalte" gesteckt, auch wenn es sich hier nicht um java handelt. War mal für ca. eine Woche der Fall, danach ging es wieder (zumindst wenn man eine der o.g. Voraussetzungen erfüllte). Manchmal glaub ich Ebay weiss selbst nicht was sie verbieten wollen, in uk und usa ist das z.b wieder anders gestrickt. Ich würd nur zusehen das sich das js nur auf designtechnisches beschränkt oder auf spielereien wie "auktion einem freund empfehlen" etc.

Im allerbesten Fall sollte man natürlich sehen das man ohne JS auskommt.

Ok, das hab ich jetzt gemacht und die Vorlage sieht in der Vorschau im DW sowie bei JTL prima aus!
Ich kann das Angebot auch endlich an ebay senden (juhuu) allerdings sieht das dann so aus:

5 m Türdichtung / Dichtungsprofil / Lippenprofil EPDM 1003-02_05 | eBay

unter dem JTL logo ist eine grau Fläche die da nicht hin soll und der Text ist auch versprungen. Was ist da jetzt wieder falsch gelaufen?

Der "Verkäufer" ist Grundsätzlich für den Versand verantwortlich, dass heißt solange bis der Kunde vom Versanddienstleister die Ware angenommen, hier spielt es keine Rolle ob der Versand versichert ist oder nicht, das Risiko darf auch nicht auf dem Käufer abgewälzt werden indem man den Versand einmal versichert oder unversichert anbietet und sagt er hätte ja wählen können
