@Team JTL,

es währe schön wenn es in ES einen Button gäbe der die Funktion hätte das man einen beliebigen Eigenen Betr. Text; Datum; Betrag eintragen kann und ES diesen dann mit der eigentlichen Rechnung Verrechnett als Beispiel meiner jetzigen WaWi habe ich mal eingescant.

In diese Schreibe ich dann immer als Kommentar wie zB. Zahlungseingang oder Barzahlung oder Teilzahlung oder Abschlag hinein.
Diese kann ich dann Besser zuordnen. :lol:

Ich schreibe per Hand immer auf meine Papierrechnung, wann gezahlt wurde. Auch bei Teilbeträgen.
Aber wenn man das irgendwann mit ein ES eingeben kann, wäre das ja sehr nobel. :shock:
Ich habe ja meine Unterlagen zusätzlich in Papierform, falls der Rechner man abschmiert. Das interessiert die Behörden nämlich im Falle einer Prüfung oder so überhaupt nicht.....

Da ich kein Bild Hochladen kann hab ich das IMG mal als Code HTML Umwandeln Lassen, wer will muss einfach ein Html erstellen und im Browser ansehen.

Beschreibung: Nur zum Verstehen wie ich das meinte.
Nachdem alle Daten für die Rechnung erstellt wurden, kann man einen Button anklicken, es öffnet sich ein Fenster mit einer Tabelle und spalten.
Im Kommentarfeld kann man einen Beliebigen Text eingeben.
ReNr--> Falls bekannt. Datum an dem die Zahlung erhalten wurde, und natürlich den erhaltenen betrag in Brutto, der Rest wird automatisch einfach berechnett. Nach dem schließen des Fensters Steht dann in der Rechnung unterhalb der Rechnungs- Summe halt eben diese Tabelle mit den Daten. So sehe ich sofort wie diese Rechnung beglichen wurde und wenn da Anzahlung steht, dann weiß jeder sofort den Restsumme.
