Zahlungsabbrüche Paypal Express obwohl deaktiviert

Guten Morgen,

wir haben folgendes Problem:

Paypal Express und Plus möchten wir nicht nutzen. Express ist konfiguriert und wird beim Test auch "grün" ("Konfiguration validieren" im Paypal Plugin) angzeigt. Ist aber in den Einstellungen deaktiviert (
"PayPal-Express-Button auf Warenkorbseite aktivieren?" und "PayPal Express Button auf Artikeldetailseite aktivieren?") und wird auch bei den Versandarten nicht "aktiviert".

Leider haben wir aber doch Bestellvorgänge bei denen Paypal Express als Zahlungsart gesetzt ist. Die Zahlung über Paypal ist dann aber nie durchgeführt. Sehr oft kommt dann noch eine zweite Bestellung hinterher, bei der "Paypal Basic" als Zahlungsart gesetzt ist und dort hat dann auch die Zahlung funktioniert. Grundsätzlich funktionieren alle Paypal Basic Zahlung fast immer.

Im Shop Log ist kein "Error" vorhanden

PP Basic basiert auf der Express Checkout API und nutzt die gleichen Calls nur an anderer Stelle, daher die Logs 😉

Ok, das ist dann Grund warum bei Zahlungsabbrüchen "Paypal Express" in der Bestellung steht und bei erfolgreichen "Paypal Basic"?

Aber wie kann ich den Fehler jetzt weiter eingrenzen?

Welchen Fehler denn? Das o.g. Log sagt nur, dass die Transaktion erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde (Completed).

Der Fehler ist ja, das des öfteren die erste Bestellung einen Zahlungsabbruch hat und dann "sofort" eine identische zweite Bestellung hinterher kommt die funktioniert.

Einen Fehler kann ich in den Logs nicht erkennen. Das sind Logs zu den normalen Calls, die für eine Transaktion mit PayPal Basic notwendig sind.

mmhh blöd. Aber es liegt ja trotzdem am Schluß ein Zahlungsabbruch vor.

Gibt es weitere Möglichkeiten um den Fehler einzugrenzen?
