Neu Shopware 6 System.Exception: Exception - kein Abgleich möglich

Guten Abend,
wir haben das Problem, dass unsere Schnittstelle nicht mehr synchronisiert und dies uns vor große Probleme stellt.

Wofür steht JTL-Wawi PK = 68151 ? Das Problem besteht wahrscheinlich in Verbindung mit dem Synch von Versand / Zahlungsdaten.

Kann jemand helfen, ist der Fehler evtl. bekannt?

Kann mir jemand hier im Forum sagen, wie ich mit der Info JTL-Wawi PK = 68151 auf den passenden Auftrag, Artikel, ... komme?

Zur Info, wenn es jemanden hilft, wir konnten das Problem nun (Hinweis vom Support) lösen.
Mittels der Tabelle dbo.tQueue, Datensatz suchen und entfernen. Das löst natürlich noch nicht das Problem gesamt, jedoch kann zumindest der Synch fortgesetzt werden.
