Neu Shopify - wegen Formatierung der Email Adresse - unbehandelte Ausnahme #959190594F6282F

Hallo allerseits,

ein mexikanischer Kunde hat eine Email Adresse in diesem Format: example@live.com.mx - hier gibt es beim Abgleich den untenstehenden Fehler.
Ich habe die Email im Shopify backend testweise auf example@live.com geändert, und der Abgleich läuft wie gewohnt.

live.com.mx ist eine anerkannte Domain.

> könnt ihr das bitte Ändern, so daß Kunden mit dieser Art der Email-Formatierung problemlos übertragen werden? Danke.
