Why am I not able to print the bill/the "check" before executing the checkout proces???

Without you specifying your problem in more detail, we cannot help here. We need more information. Is there an error, and if so, which one? That would be a good start. Then it would be good to know which JTL POS version is in use. Which Epson printer is being used and what firmware does it have. Is the TSE module - I deduce this from the title of the post - in the printer? Possibly the TSE signature has expired, there were countless Epson TSE units last year where the certificate expired.

Hello,
JTL POS last version, Epson printer Tm-m30iii, TSE Epson USB connected to the printer. There are no error messages showing. Everything else works just fine, including TSE signatures and everything! TSE certificate expires in 2 years.
The only issue is that initially(demo mode) I was able to print the bill before and after processing payment, but now after setting up shop info, hardware, etc. I'am only able to print the bill right after I've processed the payment. (Print feature from Options menu is not showing) Why ??

Hi
If you look at the top right of the status bar, you will see that the TSE symbol is red. Why don't you go to the TSE settings and run a check there?

Hello,

Yes, I'm aware of it. The reason is that I'm not at the shop right now and under these circumstances the TSE not always works. But regardless, I was able to clarify my concern through the Ticket support channel. "The correct answer is related to the Fiscal Law" Printing before payment is not allowed.

Hello,

I had no way of knowing that you were on the road and that the TSE was therefore not available. But that's what I noticed first on the screenshot.

But if it could now be clarified via JTL Support, that's even better.
