Neu Fehler wegen Bildübertragung Shopware 6 Sass

Hi, leider bekommen wir immer mal wieder diese Art von Fehlern - dann lösche ich wieder alle Bilder in den Artikeln und es klappt der Abgleich ohne Fehler - dann versuche ich wieder ein Bild nach dem anderen mit geänderten Namen hinzuzufügen - kommt wieder der Fehler.

Es muss doch gehen dass Shopware die selben Bilder bei Artikeln zulässt. zB Vaterartikel hat die selben Bilder wie Kindartikel und 2 Kindartikel haben die selben Bilder.

Ich wäre für Hilfe sehr dankbar - da das echt nervt.

Habe noch mehr rumprobiert - also es ist bei uns reproduzierbar - man erstellt zwei Artikel mit dem gleichen Bild - beim ersten Artikel schickt es das Bild zu Shopware beim zweiten kommt die Fehlermeldung -- wenn man jetzt beide Bilder in der Wawi löscht ist die Fehlermeldung weg und man kann andere Bilder zB in neuen Artikel wieder hochladen. Das erste Bild aber ist wohl an irgendwelchen Daten im Bild bei Shopware nun immer als Duplikat gelistet und kann nicht zu Shopware übertragen werden

Hallo exilianer,

das Problem ist ganz einfach, SW nutzt eine Art Medien Management um zu verhindern das gleiche Bilder mehrfach hinterlegt werden und zu unnötig vielen Daten führen die man dann einzeln ändern müsste.
Deshalb macht es Sinn wenn das gleiche Bild nur einmal vorhanden ist auch wenn es in 6 Produkten genutzt wird.
In JTL ist das nicht so, hier kann man bei 6 Produkten das gleiche Bild hochladen und das ist dann 6x in JTL angelegt und wird dann auch 6x zum Shop gesendet.

Dein Problem ist aber jetzt die Kommunikation zwischen JTL <SaaS Connector> Shopware.
Der SaaS Connector unterstützt JTL aber ignoriert das Management der Bilder von Shopware bzw. Shopware erhält nicht die nötigen Informationen um das erste gesendete Bild von Artikel 1 im Artikel 2 zu vererben. Shopware bekommt bei Artikel 2 die Anweisung, Bild anlegen und das scheitert, weil es bei Artikel 1 schon vorhanden ist.

Die einzige Option die hier bleibt, Du musst ein Ticket erstellen da nur der SaaS Connector Service den Bug fixen kann.

In JTL ist das nicht so, hier kann man bei 6 Produkten das gleiche Bild hochladen und das ist dann 6x in JTL angelegt und wird dann auch 6x zum Shop gesendet.

Dein Problem ist aber jetzt die Kommunikation zwischen JTL <SaaS Connector> Shopware.
Der SaaS Connector unterstützt JTL aber ignoriert das Management der Bilder von Shopware bzw. Shopware erhält nicht die nötigen Informationen um das erste gesendete Bild von Artikel 1 im Artikel 2 zu vererben. Shopware bekommt bei Artikel 2 die Anweisung, Bild anlegen und das scheitert, weil es bei Artikel 1 schon vorhanden ist.

Die einzige Option die hier bleibt, Du musst ein Ticket erstellen da nur der SaaS Connector Service den Bug fixen kann.

Hi zusammen,
Der Connector hat ein handling für den fehler, allerdings kann das nicht greifen weil die warning
Code:

das parsing durcheinaner bringt.

Schalte bitte display_errors aus, dann sollte das automatisch gehandelt werden.
