Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with JTL-Wawi in a small e-commerce setup and started documenting some internal workflows using short screen recordings (eg order processing steps, product listing updates, and basic inventory adjustments). To make them clearer for the team, I download capcut to edit the clips (mainly trimming steps, zooming into key UI actions, and adding simple labels), then store them as MP4 guides for quick reference. It's been useful so far for onboarding, but I'm not sure if this is a common approach in JTL environments.
A few questions:
Would be interested to hear how others handle this.
Thanks.

A few questions:
- Does anyone here use short video walkthroughs for JTL-Wawi or shop workflows?
- Any preferred tools or formats for documenting processes more efficiently?
- How do you keep such training material up to date when workflows change?
Would be interested to hear how others handle this.
Thanks.
