Using short screen recordings for JTL-Wawi workflow documentation – anyone doing this?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with JTL-Wawi in a small e-commerce setup and started documenting some internal workflows using short screen recordings (eg order processing steps, product listing updates, and basic inventory adjustments). To make them clearer for the team, I download capcut to edit the clips (mainly trimming steps, zooming into key UI actions, and adding simple labels), then store them as MP4 guides for quick reference. It's been useful so far for onboarding, but I'm not sure if this is a common approach in JTL environments.

A few questions:

• Does anyone here use short video walkthroughs for JTL-Wawi or shop workflows?
• Any preferred tools or formats for documenting processes more efficiently?
• How do you keep such training material up to date when workflows change?

I'm trying to build a lightweight internal knowledge base without making it too complex.

Would be interested to hear how others handle this.

You probably just wanted to drop your link. But I use Screenpresso a lot for video documentation. Loom is also very popular. Maybe this will help others.

Why would I want that. I specifically drop this because ppl misunderstood with capcut which is not, but anyways your options I've tried but not loom. So I'll try loom to see how it works with it.
