ich hab gegoogled, scheint irgendwas mit der Sparche zu sein (mein Computer wurde auf EN installiert). Wie gesagt, hab ich auf DE geaendert, hat aber nicht geklappt. Nun hab ich versucht SQL EXPRESS 2014 EN zu installieren. Da kam auch "Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation". Cancel geclickt, weiter installiert.
