Neu Re-import eBay orders for deleted in Wawi (English Help)

[drwave]

Hi,

Firstly sorry about the language. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the German language. Is it possible to import eBay orders which are deleted from WAWI again? I've deleted two orders (03/26/2021) for testing purposes but can't import again even I checked "Request orders again from: 03/25/2021". I think these orders didn't delete completely in WAWI?

Any advice would appreciate it.

Hi drwave,

deleted Transactions (Orders) will be marked as deleted in the SQL.
This is done to avoid your Wawi to retrieving the order after you have deleted it.

If you want me to restore the order, please open a ticket via our "KundenCenter".
