Hi everyone,

I'm starting to use JTL wawi and trying to figure out the whole process working in this program. It is especially difficult because it is in German.
I made a "test" purchase on eBay.de for one of my products, and in JTL item went to:
Market place -> eBay -> Orders -> Open Orders

What needs to happen so the item goes from "Offene Bestellungen" to "Abgeschlossene Bestellungen"? Because I notices that only if item is in "Abgeschlossene Bestellungen" it can be shown in other places (like "Versand", "Verkauf" etc.)

Thank you in advance,
Dragan

Hi Dragan, the purchase settlement through the buyer must be processed on ebay... With that, the easyauction interface gets the information that the order is completed and places the order in menu "Verkauf".

Hi, thank you for your fast response

I'm not sure what you mean with "purchase settlement"? Is it something the buyer needs to do or is it something that we as sellers need to do in our eBay settings?
The buyer payed the item via paypall (we were that buyer, because it was just a test purchase), it even says "Ja" under "Bezahlt" column in "Offene Bestellungen" tab, so "JTL" recognize that it is payed, is it not?

The whole point we are trying to do is to automatize the process as much as possible, that when someone buys and pays our product, the info goes to the warehouse where they can label it and ship it to the customers. In that process we are still trying to figure out when does the item goes from "Offene Bestellungen" to "Abgeschlossene Bestellungen".

Best regards,
Dragan

The purchase settlement is what the customer needs to do on ebay. Ebay works with a kind of "cart" where all orders will be collected and from where the customer could start a combinated payment process. Till this process is started by the customer the orders will be in "Offene Bestellungen" in menu "Marktplätze" (market places) to reserve the products. If the process is proceeded, the order will be moved to "Abgeschlossene Bestellungen" and Wawi creates a order in menu "Verkauf" which held all customer and article informations and can be delivered from there...

Hope that helps to understand... :)

Hi Daniel,

You explained it really good, and it all make a lot of sense, but something is still wrong.
If I understood you correctly - when the customer clicks on "buy it now", he reserves the product and in JTL it goes to "Offene Bestellungen". And when he complete the purchasing process it should go to "Abgeschlossene Bestellungen", right?

The thing is that the customer did finished the purchasing process, and it is still in "Offene Bestellungen" for some reason. Do you know any other reason for this? Maybe something in our JTL setings is not set correctly?

Best regards,
Dragan

Hi,

when you synchronize with eBay there is a Checkbox "Aufträge aus abgeschlossener Kaufabwicklungen sofort erstellen" <-- this Checkbox should be active to automatically create the Order in "Verkauf" -> "Aufträge". You can manually mark the Order under "Offene Bestellungen" and press the button at the Bottom "Auftrag erstellen" --> then the order should appear under "Verkauf" --> "Aufträge"

Greetings Michael
