wenn ich im Shop in das Logbuch schaue, sehe ich hier diese Fehler

Wir haben das gleiche Problem.
Hattest du mal ein Ticket dazu aufgemacht? Ich mach das auf jeden Fall mal - Kunden wollen Gutscheine einlösen und es geht nicht!
