Hello @Pankaj Kumar,

how did you install the Shop on your system? Locally with XAMPP? Try "http://localhost/jtlshop" instead of localhost:8080.

Also check your sync user and password, you can change these in your backend under "System->Globale Einstellungen-> WAWI-Synchronisierung"
