Hallo zusammen,


Ich habe " Shopify" und " Wawi" verknüpft, um die Lieferung meiner Produkte an ein externes Lager auszulagern.

Ich konnte die vorhandenen Daten aus Shopify importieren.
Wenn ich jedoch den Produktnamen, den Preis und das Bild in "Wawi" aktualisiere, werden die Daten in "Shopify" nicht umgeschrieben.

Was muss ich tun?

Meine Muttersprache ist Japanisch, daher kann es für Sie schwierig sein, mein Deutsch zu verstehen, aber ich würde es zu schätzen wissen.

Hallo @Asuka42 und herzlich willkommen im Forum!

Hast du nach den Änderungen am Artikel in JTL-Wawi auch einen Abgleich angestoßen (Onlineshop - > Onlineshop-Abgleich -> Starten)?

PS: Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut zu verstehen. Wir können uns aber auch gerne auf Englisch unterhalten, wenn es dir leicher fällt.

But to get up and running I have 3 big problems.

1) About "bestandsführung aktivieren" = ISOJIMAN Omachi Tokubetsu Junmai 720ml
I have updated wawi the checkbox to "active".
However, it is marked as "Draft" on Shopify.
Can I change this to "Aktive" from Shopify?

2) About "bestandsführung aktivieren" = Sample
I tried to register a product from Wawi under the name "Sample".
However, it was not reflected in Shopify.
Why is this?

3) About Tags
Can I set the tags in Shopify?
I've set the tags in Shopify in "Japanese", so when I use Wawi,
it shows "????". In Shopify, the tags are in Japanese.
It would be nice if I could edit them in Shopify...

4) About "Description"
Do I need to edit "Description" from Wawi?
As you can see in the attached image, the HTML is very complex and I'm not sure I can edit it from Wawi...
Is there a better way?

"Bestandsführung" is about inventory management. If you enable Bestandsführung in JTL-Wawi, then stock level from this product is tracked and you can only sell the product in case stock level is greater 0 (simplified explanation). It looks like the product is not activated for your onlineshop (see artikelstammdaten_onlineshop_aktiv screenshot).

2) About "bestandsführung aktivieren" = Sample

You need to activate every product explicitly for a sales channel/onlineshop in JTL-Wawi (see artikelstammdaten_onlineshop_aktiv screenshot).

If you deactivate the attribute "tags" in JTL-Wawi for the onlineshop (Artikel -> Attribute), then you can manage tags in Shopify (see attribut_deaktiveren).

Yes, you have to edit the description in JTL-Wawi. You can use the "HTML-Editor" (see your screenshot Description_Wawi).
