Neu Credit card form display in front end

Hello all,
Is it possible to show the credit card form when click the payment option in drop down manner (one page checkout)? If it possible kindly give a suggestion ASAP.

in theory this is possible, but not that easy to do. Years ago there was a plugin for this feature, but today it should be even harder, because you need 2-factor-auth (PSD2). Maybe only possible if you add a mobile app to realize the 2-factor-auth.
